The Evaluation Trust will offer quick help and advice by phone and e mail to voluntary and community organisations and others. This includes:  

• signpost and advice on tools, publications and other web resources 
• reading and commenting on monitoring and evaluation sections of funding applications
• signposting other local, regional and national development agencies, funding advisers or social enterprise support  
• advice on good approaches to self evaluation
• advising on how to develop an evaluation specification or terms of reference
• signposting sources of funding for evaluation work
• advising funders and commissioners on appropriate quality and monitoring and evaluation  requirements for grant recipients  
• advise students and practitioners seeking to enter the evaluation field or undertaking research work
• signpost alternative consultants if appropriate

Priority for help will be give to smaller groups and those working people experiencing inequality and disadvantage
